Rose Matherne						[Photo]

Rose Matherne, 63, a native of Grand Caillou and resident of Houma, died at 2 
p.m. Jan. 2, 2005.

Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in 
Houma. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the 
church, with burial at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Paul Matherne; mother, Clothilde Frisella; 
daughters, Paula Chatagnier, Theresa Crochet; brothers, Joe and John Frisella; 
sisters, Kathy Duplantis, Jeanette Schexnyder; one grandson and one 
granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Frisella Jr.

She was a loving wife, caring mother and giving grandmother.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
