Therese Danos

Therese Callais Danos, 94, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, died at 1:30 
a.m. Jan. 4, 2004.

Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic 
Church in Golden Meadow. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 
a.m. Friday at the church, with burial at Cheramie Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughters, Helen D. Terrebonne and Elenora D. Rebstock; 
daughter-in-law, Nancy T. Danos; sisters, Elma C. Bourgeois and Julia C. Toups; 
10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrien Danos; parents, Placide and 
Alice Eymard Callais; son, Gillis Danos Sr.; sons-in-law, Henry D. Terrebonne 
and Darwin J. Rebstock; brothers, Nelson, Cleo and Gillis Callais; sisters, Sara 
C. Esponge, Justalia C. Charpentier, Ourelia C. Danos, Inez C. Adams and Ena 
Callais.

She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church and a member 
of Our Lady of LaSalette Altar Society in Golden Meadow.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
