LeBlanc, 84, a native of Labadieville and resident of Napoleonville, died Jan. 16, 2005. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Anne Church in Napoleonville. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial at St. Philomena Cemetery in Labadieville. He is survived by his son, Michael C. LeBlanc; daughter, Faye Blancherd; brother, Raymond LeBlanc; sisters, Alice Darden, Jeanne Lecompte, Evelyn Sparks, Mary Ann Cookmeyeter, Bessie Smith and Miriel Callaghan; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne C. Boudreaux; parents, Edwin and Myrtle LeBlanc; an infant daughter; brothers, Philip, Alton, William and Eggert LeBlanc; and sister, Lorine Alford. Landry's Funeral Home of Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
