Violet David

Violet Thibodaux David, 75, a native of New Orleans and resident of Thibodaux, 
died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Thibodaux Funeral Home 
Chapel. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with burial 
in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by one son, Edward David; three daughters, Cheryl Rink, Wanda D. 
Thibodaux and Sandra Scott; three sisters, Lydia Giroir, Betty Fremin and Lena 
Melancon; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew David; her parents, Louis and 
Bernadette Saucier Thibodaux; one brother, Wilton Thibodaux; and two sisters, 
Dolores Cancienne and Virginia Thibodaux.
