Yvonne Plaisance

Yvonne Lorraine Plaisance, 76, a native of Cut Off and resident of Larose, died 
at 8 a.m. Jan. 11, 2005.

Visitation will be 8 to 11 a.m. today at the First Baptist Church of Larose. A 
religious service will be held at 11 a.m. today at the church, with burial at 
Holy Rosary Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Clinton J. and Leona B. 
Plaisance, the Rev. Dudley Plaisance, Keith and Mary G. Plaisance; daughters and 
sons-in-law, Susan P. and Wiley J. Duet, Debra P. and Jimmie J. Adams Jr.; 
sister, Nomeia Lorraine Terrebonne; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley "Bolo" A Plaisance Sr.; 
parents, Alsidor and Lorenza Chabert Lorraine; son, Tommy Luke Plaisance; 
daughter, Sharon Plaisance Cannatella; brothers, Kirby, William and Willie 
Lorraine; and grandson, Clinton Plaisance Jr.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Larose.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
