Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Liturgy of the Word will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 1. He is survived by three sisters, Ethel Bahm and husband, Dallas, of Augusta, Ga., Wanda Gros and husband, Eugene, of Houma and Sally Mazur and husband, James, of Las Vegas; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Joseph Olivier and Esther Beadle Olivier; and one brother, Charles David Olivier. He was a retired accountant and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Terrebonne Genealogy Society and a member of Bicentennial Planning Committee. He was a member of Terrebonne Art League, director at large of Louisiana Watercolor Society, a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and a lifelong communicant of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Terrebonne Genealogy Society.
