Hennessey Lee Jr.

Hennessey "Jr." Lee Jr., 60, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Galliano, 
died June 4, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 
at 11 a.m. at the church, with burial following at Cheramie Cemetery in 
Galliano.

He is survived by daughter Jeanne Lee Lopez; sisters Julia Naquin, Norma 
Billiot, Dora Mae Rebstock and Louverda Bourgeois; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Leach Lee; parents, Hennessey 
Senior and Philonese Crosby Lee; brothers Norman and Paul Lee; sisters Clovoisa 
Guidry, Lovenia Bourgeois, Evolia Matherne, Julie Lee and Virginia Arceneaux.

He was Catholic and a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Bayou Civic 
Club.

He enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino.

He was a self-employed fisherman.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family for funeral expenses are preferred.

Samart Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
