Jackie Hebert LeBouef Schultz, 64, a native and resident of Houma, died at 10:09 
a.m. June 12, 2005.

Visitation will be 5 to 10 p.m. Tuesday at 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Chauvin 
Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Wednesday 
at the funeral home chapel, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Russell Schultz of Houma; daughters, Daina Lewis 
of Sierra Vista, Ariz. And Susan Estrada of Tucson, Ariz.; sisters, Olive 
LeBlanc, Mable Matherne of Houma and Barbara Gautreaux of Chauvin; and two 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, William P. LeBouef Jr.; parents, 
Alphonse and Elodie Brunet Hebert; son, Darryl LeBouef; brothers, Rufus and 
Philip Hebert.

She was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
