Shirley Walker						[Photo]

Shirley Ledet Walker, 70, a native and resident of Houma, died at 4:25 p.m. June 
19, 2005.

Visitation will be 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic 
Church. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, 
with burial at St. Francis de Sales No. 2 cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Glynn P. Walker of The Woodlands, Texas and James 
D. Walker of Brookhaven, Miss.; brother, Thomas A. Ledet of Covington; sisters, 
Helen Autin of Houma and Gail Boudreaux of Winter Parks, Fla.; and seven 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl J. Walker; parents, Lester Jack 
Ledet and Mae Bernadette LeBouef Ledet; and brothers, James P. Ledet and Reynold 
P. Ledet.

She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Gregory Barbarigo Ladies Altar 
Society.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
