Aleda LeCompte

Aleda Theresa LeCompte, 73, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, 
died March 6, 2005.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in 
Chauvin. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon Wednesday at the 
church, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her brother, Willard A. LeCompte and his wife, Esther; a 
sister-in-law, Janice L. LeCompte; a brother-in-law, Wilton LeBoeuf; nine 
nieces; and five nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Lillian Lapeyrouse 
LeCompte; nephews, Glen and Kenneth LeCompte; niece, Ann LeBoeuf; brothers, 
Druis and Walton LeCompte; brother-in-law, Willy Trahan; sisters, Hilda LeCompte 
Trahan and Theresa LeCompte LeBouef; and sister-in-law, Hazel LeBoeuf LeCompte.

She was Catholic.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
