Isna Becnel

Isna Sopie Webre Becnel, 87, a native of Garyville and resident of Reserve, died 
at 9:50 p.m. March 5, 2005.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 11 a.m. today at St. Peter Catholic 
Church in Reserve. Burial was in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Albert T. Becnel; daughter, Janet Becnel Bowman; 
son, Thomas L. Becnel; foster brother, Lee J. Hymel of Drexelhill, Pa.; and one 
grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fernand and Louise Granier Webre; and 
foster parents, Angelo and Effie Hymel.

She was a member of the St. Peter Ladies Altar Society.

Mille-Guidry Funeral Home of LaPlace was in charge of arrangements.
