Jeffery Verdin						[Photo]

Jeffery Thomas Verdin, 55, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died 
March 2, 2005.

Visitation will be 4 to 9 p.m. today at Samart Funeral Home in Houma and 9 to 11 
a.m. Saturday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma. A Mass of Christian 
burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial at 
Rogers Cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Verdin; brothers, Ernest, Edward, 
Jessie, Michael, Matthew and Richard Verdin; and sisters, Rita Irma Billiot and 
Agnes Juanita Gonzales.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Maire Foret Verdin; and 
brothers, T-John, Lynwood Wilson and Wilbert Verdin.

He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

He was a tugboat captain for more than 25 years.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
