Jesse Jennings

Jesse "J.J." Jennings, 76, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died at 7 a.m. 
Friday, March 18, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Christ the Redeemer 
Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in 
St. Joseph Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Melancon Jennings; two daughters, Jessica 
Martin and Jennifer Leboeuf; two sons-in-law, Dean Martin Sr. and Robie Leboeuf; 
one brother, Edward Jennings; one sister, Mary Alice Latino; five grandchildren; 
and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Agnes Cortez Jennings; one 
son, Jesse Jennings Jr.; and two brothers, James and Charles Jennings.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
