Ludwig Orgeron

Ludwig "Duvic" Orgeron, 96, a native of Leeville and resident of Golden Meadow, 
died at 10:45 a.m. March 14, 2005.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home in 
Galliano. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 3 p.m. Thursday at 
Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, with burial at the 
church mausoleum.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Adeline Grabert Orgeron; parents, Adam and 
Marcess Cheramie Orgeron; brothers, Leonce, Leo, Alvin, Weber, Alex and George 
Orgeron; and sister, Georgette Reed; and sisters, Violet and Theresa Orgeron..

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
