Millard Knockum

Millard Knockum, 52, a native of Belle Alliance and resident of Donaldsonville, 
died March 5, 2005.

Visitation will be 2 to 6 p.m. today at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in 
Donaldsonville and from 9 to 11 a.m. at Greater Israel Baptist Church in Belle 
Rose. A religious service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial 
at the church cemetery.

He is survived by his brothers, Clarence Jr., Stanford, Christopher, Willie, 
Eugene and Percy Knockum, all of Donaldsonville; Warren Knockum of Lafayette and 
James Knockum of Los Angeles; sisters, Angella Knockum of Paincourtville, 
Shirley Mumphrey, Ronetta and Barbara Knockum and Rose Gray, all of 
Donaldsonville and Cinderella Knockum of Atlanta.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Clarence Knockum Sr.; 
brothers, Hurley, Oliver, Roy and Willie Knockum; and sister, Melvina Knockum.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Donaldsonville is in charge of 
arrangements.
