Beatrice Pitre

Beatrice Hebert Pitre, 92, a native of Galliano and resident of New Orleans, 
died at 12:01 a.m. May 7, 2005.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. today at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church in Galliano, with burial at Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano.

She is survived by her daughter, Enesia Pitre Cabirac; brother, Onezipe Hebert 
Jr.; sisters, Alzina Pitre and Delphine Hebert; half-sisters, Enesia Lejeune and 
Emelda Lafont; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Maxime Pitre; parents, Onezipe 
Sr. and Enesia Smith Hebert; son, Clifford Pitre; brothers, Bert and Sandras 
Hebert; half-brothers, Roy and Lipton Hebert; sister, Edelia Guidry; and two 
great-grandchildren.

She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
