Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Thibodaux Funeral Home in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Schriever; with burial at the church cemetery. He is survived by his father, Brent Anthony Faslund; mother, Wynette Faslund Defelice; stepfather, Todd Defelice; sisters, Brittany and Brooke Faslund; stepbrother, Austin Defelice; grandparents, John and Joanne Faslund of Thibodaux, Irene L. Stevens of Schriever; and great-grandparents, Roy and Gerdie Delaune of Thibodaux; aunts, Dionne Faslund Smith of Baton Rouge, Susan S. Tisdale of the Amelia area, Yvette S. Lirette, Nadine S. Reid, Charisse S. Strother, all of Thibodaux and Schriever; uncles, Mark G. Stevens of Houston, Blair J. Stevens, Marty C. Stevens and Falan J. Stevens, all of Thibodaux and Schriever. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gared J. "Steve" Stevens of Schriever; great-grandparents, Robert and Alice Stevens of Jeanerette, Ella Tate and Willis Labiche of Lydia, Clarence and Dolly Faslund of Thibodaux. He was a seventh-grade honor roll student at West Thibodaux Middle School where he was a member of the school band an was an exceptional role model to children and adults. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends who love him so. Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
