Dola Gaudet						[Photo]

Dola Mae Pertuit Gaudet, 85, a native of Raceland and resident of Metairie, died 
Monday, May 2, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church in 
Raceland. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. at the church, with 
burial following at the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest "Johnny" Gaudet; sons Kenneth and wife, 
Juanita, of Independence and Donald Gaudet and wife, Trudy, of Metairie; 
daughter Geralyn Ryan and husband, Brad, of Richardson, Texas; brother Lloyn 
Pertuit of Folsom; sister Catherine Punch of Lockport; six grandchildren and 
four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents John Pertuit Sr. and Laura Martin 
Pertuit; and brothers John Pertuit Jr. and Samuel Pertuit.

Falgout Funeral Homes Inc. of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
