Edna Fonseca						[Photo]

Edna Navarre Fonseca, 68, a native of Chacahoula and resident of Houma, died at 
7:45 a.m. May 16, 2005.

Visitation will be 5 to 10 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Falgout 
Funeral Home in Houma. A religious service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, with 
burial at Magnolia Cemetery.

She is survived by her stepsons, Clifton and David Fonseca Sr.; daughter, Ginger 
Babin; brother, Duroy Navarre; sisters, Anna Navarre, Janet Gilcrease, Betty 
Navarre and Victoria Grabert; a grandchild, six step-grandchildren; and one 
great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Fonseca; parents, Emile and 
Hilda Pontiff Navarre; brothers, Eudis and Junius Navarre; and sisters, Eula 
Pinel and Rose May Navarre.

Falgout Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
