Ione Gros

Ione B. Gros, 89, a native of Napoleonville and resident of Thibodaux, died at 
1:40 p.m. May 19, 2005.

Visitation will be 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Genevieve Catholic Church in 
Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at 
the church, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by her daughters, Gail Benoit and Lorraine Naquin; nine 
grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Gros; parents, George and 
Noemie Hebert Boudreaux; brothers, Morris, Paul, Emile, Adolph and Joseph 
Boudreaux; and sister, Corrine Landry.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
