Services will be scheduled at a later date. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary Alice Fremin Waguespack; three sons, Randy and wife, Erica, of Labadieville, Mark and wife, Melinda, of Thibodaux, and Jeffery Waguespack of Schriever; two brothers, Pierre and Raymond Waguespack of Thibodaux; one sister, Eva Mae Miller of Vacherie; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luke and Theresa Ordoyne Waguespack; five brothers, O'Neil, O.J., Lloyd, L.J. and Daniel; and three sisters, Joyce Rodrigue, Yvonne Melancon and Anne Waguespack. He was a parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 12285 and a former member of the parish staff and usher.
