She is survived by four daugh-ters, Virginia Jean Billiot, Barbara Scott, Linda Solet and Margaret Cantrelle; one son, Vincent Parfait; one sister, Josephine Rowley; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Billiot; her parents, John Parfait and Ozillia Rodrigue Parfait; one daughter, Beverly Billiot; two brothers, Jo-seph and Antoine Parfait; and two sisters, Marie Billiot and Josephine Parfait. He was a chaplain of the Knights of Columbus, a past president of St. Joseph Italian Society, a Bayou Black volunteer firefighter, a former southeast Louisiana regional high school football referee, a former member of the Terrebonne School Board, a former board member of SLECA and a member of the American Legion. He was a chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy and veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
