CENAC, LILLIAS 

Lillias Suire Cenac, 78, a native and resident of Abbeville, passed away at 5:41 
a.m. Thursday, June 10, 2010 at a local hospital.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today at David Funeral Home of Abbeville. A 
prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home, officiated by 
Deacon Randy Hyde. Interment will follow at 11 a.m. Saturday at Terrebonne 
Memorial Park Mausoleum in Houma.

She is survived by two sons, David Cenac of Chauvin and Thomas Cenac of Houma; 
two brothers, Willie Suire and Preston Suire of Abbeville; three sisters, Zoie 
Stoute, Hilda Marceaux, and Lillian Turner of Abbeville; four grandchildren; and 
three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Cenac; and her parents, William 
and Avelia Touchet Suire.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.

Mrs. Cenac was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who 
loved spending time with her family and enjoyed bowling.

David Funeral Home of Abbeville, 2600 Charity St., is in charge of arrangements.
