Bertha Billiot Chauvin, 69, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Lockport, entered heaven while in the loving care of her family at 12:33 p.m. 
Friday, June 11, 2010.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Monday at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. Mass will be 11 a.m. Monday at Holy 
Savior Catholic Church in Lockport, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Edmond "E.J." Chauvin; two sons, Danny Chauvin 
and wife, Tania, and Jay Chauvin and wife, Tonya; three daughters, Donna Baudoin 
and husband, Frank, Susanne Bond and husband, John, and Kelly Cherry and 
husband, John; two brothers, Raymond Billiot and Paul Billiot; three sisters, 
Anna Mae Daous, Anna Lee Jones and Linda Algood; eight grandchildren; and five 
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Viola Rodrigue Billiot and Joseph 
"Clay" Billiot; and one sister, Pauline Naquin Chiasson.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
