Cleveland Griffin, 72, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Cut Off, died 
at 3 a.m. Friday, June 11, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Church in Golden Meadow. Mass will be 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with 
burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by two brothers, Abraham Griffin and Ronald Griffin; two sisters, 
Laura Cheramie and Naise G. Rousse; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Silas Griffin Sr. and Sedonia Daigle 
Griffin; three brothers, C.J. Griffin, Freddie Griffin and Jarvis Griffin; and 
two sisters, Beaulah Cheramie and Lois Serigny.

He was Catholic.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
