Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Adeline Hebert Hebert of Houma; two sons, Gregory Paul Hebert and Cody James Hebert of Houma; his parents, Paul Hebert and Gloris Chiasson Hebert; two brothers, Oliver Hebert and companion, Stephanie Candies of Houma, and Quinten Gregory Hebert and wife, Michel, of Houma; one sister, Nellie Hebert Lovergne and husband, Bobby, of Luling; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul Madere Hebert and Nellie Gaudet Hebert, Philocles Willie Chaisson, and Vivian Vicknair Chaisson Schwab; and his mother and father-in-law, August Augustine Lebouef Hebert and Walter Francis Hebert. Born in Houma on Sept. 18, 1955, Philo was loved by all, including his second family at Gulf Island Fabrication where he had many friends. He loved spending time with family and friends, especially his sons. He had great passion for bowling, fishing, hunting, football and playing pedro with friends. Many thanks to everyone for their support and prayers, especially Herb Ledet at Gulf Island, and Rochelle and Nelson Duplantis. Pallbearers will be Gregory Hebert, Oliver Hebert, Quinten Hebert, Bobby Lovergne, Nelson Duplantis and Brian Toups. Honorary pallbearer will be Cody Hebert.
