Opehlia Terry Lacy, 66, a native and resident of Napoleonville, died Friday, May 
28, 2010.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4:30 p.m. today at Williams and Southall Funeral 
Home in Napoleonville and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Bright Morning 
Star Baptist Church in Napoleonville. Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church conducted by the Rev. Ronald Dorsey, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Dave Lacy Sr. of Napoleonville; two daughters, 
Lisa and Adam Boutan, and Rachel and Ramon Converse, all of Napoleonville; one 
son, Dave Lacy Jr. of Thibodaux; three sisters, Shirley and Daniel Ausbrooks of 
Marrero, Sylvia Terry, and Joyce and Larry Bell of Napoleonville; six brothers, 
Clarence Jr. and Florida Terry, Charles Terry, and Ernest Terry Sr., all of 
Napoleonville, Thomas and Shirlan Terry of New Orleans, Wesley Terry of Baton 
Rouge, and Lloyd Terry of North Dakota; eight grandchildren; six great-
grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Violet Terry; and one 
daughter, Angee Lacy.

She was a homemaker.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of 
arrangements.
