Eugene Junior Lovell, 63, a native and resident of Houma, died at 7:35 a.m. 
Wednesday, June 23, 2010.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time 
Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Service will be at noon Friday at the funeral 
home, with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Eugenia Lobo Lovell of Houma; one son, Johnny Lovell 
and Vida, of Las Vegas; three daughters, Caroline McDaniel of Houma, Lana Naquin 
and husband, Earl Jr., of Houma, and Brittany Callahan and husband, Caleb, of 
Houma; three sisters, Betty Trosclair and husband, Jerry, of Houma, Dolores 
Gautreaux and husband, Ronald, of Houma, and Verna Hebert and husband, Jules, of 
Houma; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry Lovell and Sadie Bourg Lovell; 
one son, Dale Lovell; and one daughter, MonaRae Portier.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
