Kim Margaret McCarty, 37, a native and resident of Houma, died at 3:45 p.m. 
Wednesday, June 16, 2010.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Monday at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel. Service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the 
chapel, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff McCarty; her parents, Luke Jr. and Vella 
LaJaunie Sevin; one son, Devin McCarty; two daughters, Falyn Sevin and Desirea 
McCarty; one brother, Darrin Sevin; and one sister, Tonia Hebert.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Luke Sr. and Antonio 
Arabie Sevin; her maternal grandparents, Robert Sr. and Thelma Liner LaJaunie; 
and her step-maternal grandfather, Norris Breaux Sr.

She was a registered nurse since the age of 24.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
