A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral, 500 Goode Street, Houma, with eulogy remarks at 12:45 p.m. The family will begin greeting visitors at noon at the cathedral, with burial to follow in Magnolia Cemetery in Houma. She is survived by four daughters, Rebecca A. Picou and husband, Thomas J. Hamilton, of Fairfax, Va., Mary Lee "Tita" Picou of Virginia Beach, Va., Robin A. Picou of Orange Beach, Ala., and Lori A. Picou of Los Angeles; two granddaughters, Natalia E. Gimenez-Picou and Eliska L. Gimenez-Picou of Virginia Beach; one great-granddaughter, Madeleine Sophia; a sister-in-law, Bernice Peltier Harang of Thibodaux; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and four siblings-Warren J. Harang Jr., Winifred Harang Kozelsky, Donald F. Harang and Catherine Harang Gouaux. Born 1930 on Celina Plantation near Valentine, she was the daughter of Warren J. Harang Sr. of New Orleans, and Winifred E. Foret Harang of Thibodaux. The youngest of five children, Mary Lee graduated from Lockport High School in 1948 and attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. As the wife of Dr. Wally J. Picou of Houma, she assisted his medical practice and was a member of the Terrebonne Parish Women's Medical Auxiliary. The family moved to Virginia Beach in 1970 when Dr. Picou joined the Emergency Room staff at DePaul Hospital in Norfolk, Va. Hollomon Brown Funeral Home of Norfolk, Va., is in charge of arrangements. ===================
