Reed Julian Plaisance, 61, a native and resident of Lockport, died Wednesday, 
June 9, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Holy Savior Catholic 
Church in Lockport. Mass will be 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with interment to 
follow in the church mausoleum.

He is survived by his companion, Myrtle Martin; five brothers, Ernest, Wade, 
Ray, Dale and Joey Plaisance; and five sisters, Marybelle Boudreaux, Gloria 
Bourg, Joy Adams, Marilyn Hebert and Judy Plaisance.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Julien and Cecile LeBlanc Plaisance; 
four brothers, Gene, Joseph, Gerard and Julien Plaisance Jr.; and two sisters, 
Deborah Plaisance and Ruth P. Loupe.

He was a parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
