Pearl Cheramie PochŽ, 89, a native of Golden Meadow and a resident of Paradis, 
died at 1 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2010.

Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. John the Baptist 
Catholic Church in Paradis. Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church with 
burial in St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.

She is survived by one son, Keith M. PochŽ, and wife, Duenna; three daughters, 
Dianne P. Gaubert and husband, Richard, Sherril P. Phillips and Lisa P. Tobin; 
one brother, Thomas Cheramie; two sisters, Melza Mayet and Beatrice Boyer; eight 
grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonce P. PochŽ Jr.; her parents, 
Bruger Cheramie Sr. and Eulicia Callais Cheramie; five brothers, Bruger Jr.; 
Telemague, Hubert, Rudolph and Morris Cheramie; and three sisters, Esperance 
Martin, Yvonne Rebstock and Marion Gregorie.

She was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Church.

Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
