POIRRIER, LOIS 

Lois Theresa Poirrier, 94, a native of Donaldsonville and a resident of Houma, 
died Saturday, June 19, 2010.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time today at Chauvin Funeral Home, 
Inc. Service will be 11 a.m. today at the funeral home, with burial in St. 
Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

She is survived by her sister, Marion Williams of Chalmette; and numerous nieces 
and nephews of whom she was very fond.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Augustine Erato Poirrier and Lozin C. 
Poirrier; her stepmother, Leontine F. Poirrier; two sisters, Emma Engeron and 
June Bergeron; and two brothers, Ray Poirrier and Donald Poirrier.

She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.

A sincere thanks to The Suites of Sugar Mill Point and The Baydel Memorial 
Hospice for their special care.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to The Alzheimers' Association or 
your favorite charity.
