Mary Solomon Rener, 58, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Gibson 
died Monday, May 31, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Community Funeral Home. 
Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with burial at St. James 
Baptist Church Cemetery in Gibson.

She is survived by her husband, George Rener Jr.; one son, Andre Rener of Baton 
Rouge; two daughters, Gail and Renata Rener of Gibson; six brothers, John 
Solomon of Houma and Leslie, James, Edward, David and Russell Solomon; four 
sisters, Linda Solomon of Panama City, Fla., Penny Jones of Klien, Texas, 
Matilda Goin and Cynthia Solomon of Gibson; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Matilda Solomon; three 
brothers, Henry and Carl Solomon, and Johnny Mack; three sisters, Alberta Sims, 
Gail and Barbara Solomon; and her grandparents, Emmith and Alberta Smith, and 
Johnny and Louise Beamon.

Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
