Berthon Joseph Aucoin Jr., 67, a native of Napoleonville and resident of 
Thibodaux, died at 3:37 p.m. Thursday, July 22, 2010.

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Genevieve 
Catholic Church in Thibodaux. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, with burial at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Thibodaux.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel Himel Aucoin; three sons, Darryl and wife, Anh 
Thu Aucoin and Bryan and wife, Chantell Aucoin and Derek Aucoin; one daughter, 
Michelle A. Bilello and husband, Gerald; one brother, Gerald Aucoin; two 
sisters, Valerie A. Percle and Lucille Tabor Gilmore; seven grandchildren, 
Katie, Brant, Brittani, Ethan Aucoin, Ryan, Kyle and Keri Bilello.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Berthon Joseph Aucoin Sr. and Valerie 
Adams Aucoin Tabor; and his stepfather, Johnny Tabor.

He enjoyed athletics and spending time with family, especially the 
grandchildren.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
