Clarence "Brud" "Brother" "File" Antoine Authement III, 30, a native and 
resident of Chauvin, died at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2010.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at 
Montegut Fire Station in Montegut. Mass will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church in Chauvin, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Callahan Authement; his parents, Clarence "C.J." 
and Lorette Carrere Authement; one son, Gaven John Authement; one daughter, 
Kelsie Marie Aline Authement; two brothers, Jeremy and Leland Authement; one 
sister, Michele Authement and companion, Chad Defelice; in-laws, Mark Sr. and 
Arlene Foret Callahan; and one brother-in-law, Mark Callahan Jr.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Clarence A. Authement, 
and Pearl White Constrantiche and husband, J.C. Constrantiche; his maternal 
grandparents, Sidney Carrere Sr., and Mary Lirette Bonvillain and husband, 
Junius "Popeye" Bonvillain Sr.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, children, family and friends. Always 
remember Brud, I love you like the moon and the stars in the sky.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
