Theresa "Bean" Simoneaux Breaux, 71, a native of Paincourtville and a resident 
of Belle Rose, died Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Our Lady of The Lake Medical 
Center in Baton Rouge.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4:30 p.m. today at Williams and Southall Funeral 
Home in Napoleonville and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Virginia 
Baptist Church in Ewellville. Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church 
conducted by the Rev. Lloyd Jones, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by five daughters, Jacqueline Johnson, Judy Pearley, Sandra and 
Peggy Breaux, and Corliss Butler, all of Belle Rose; one brother, Ronald 
Simoneaux of New Orleans; one sister, Barbara Robertson of Darien, Ill.; 16 
grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other 
relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Breaux; her parents, Sidney and 
Carrie Simoneaux; one son, Gary Breaux; one granddaughter, Shelita Johnson; one 
great-granddaughter, Faith Breaux; one sister, Sandra Simoneaux; and six 
brothers, Roland, Sidney, Raymond, Alfred, Fred, and Walter Simoneaux.

She was a homemaker.
