Winonah Smiley Broussard, 86, a native of Frost and a resident of Schriever, 
died Sunday, July 11, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Bridget Catholic 
Church. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the 
church cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Wilmore Joseph Broussard III of Schriever; and two 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmore Joseph Broussard Jr.; her 
parents, John Smiley and Alma Cotton Smiley; three brothers, William Smiley, 
Dimpsey Smiley and Winson Smiley; and one sister, "B B" Smiley.

She was a parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
