Leslie Ann Duet Clark, 29, died May 2, 2010 at Thibodaux Regional Medical 
Center.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral 
in Thibodaux. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial at 
St. Philomena Catholic Cemetery in Labadieville.

She is survived by her husband, Leonard Clark of Thibodaux; two daughters, 
Briana Duet of Hahnville and Mylaya Clark of Thibodaux; two sons, Chad and 
Leonard Clark Jr. of Thibodaux; her parents, Terry and Cheryl Ann Duet of 
Thibodaux; one sister, Brittany Duet of Thibodaux; her paternal grandparents, 
Lawrence and Hazel Duet of Labadieville; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, 
nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Chad McCarthy; her maternal 
grandparents, Francis and Earline Benoit; and her paternal grandmother, Laura 
Mae Cedotal.

Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville is in charge of arrangements.
