Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at New Morning Star Baptist Church in Labadieville. Religious service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Effie S. Price of Thibodaux; six daughters, Annette Francis and Stephanie Alexander and husband, Joseph of Thibodaux, Lorna Price of Tulsa, Okla., Debra Price, Gail Thomas and husband, Troy, and Barbara Coxie, all of Donaldsonville; one stepdaughter, Janet Price and husband, James of Thibodaux; five sons, Johnell Francis and wife, Linda of Paincourtville, Sidney Price Jr. and wife, Diane of Thibodaux, Bruce Price of Donaldsonville, Albert Price of Covenant, and Earl Price and wife, Lisa of Darrow; four stepsons, Larry Francis and wife, Shawn of Labadieville, Carr Francis and wife Deidra of Morgan City, Billy Francis and wife, Sheila of Middleton, Texas, and Tyrone Francis of Thibodaux; five sisters, Annette Ivy and husband, Norvel, Aurelia Stewart and Rosa Lampley of Houston, Geraldine Turner of New Iberia and Naomi Bobb of Charenton; three brothers, Leonard Price and Lawrence Price of Houston, and James Price of Lafayette; 45 grandchildren; and 55 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Sr. and Rosie Pierce; one daughter, Betty Price; two brothers, Willie Price Jr. and Junious Thompson; and two grandchildren, Aeish Jackson and LaQuincy Weatherspoon. He was a member of New Morning Star Baptist Church. Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of arrangements. ===================
