Odon Anthony Theriot, 82, a native and resident of Houma, died at 9:05 a.m. 
Tuesday, July 13, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. Francis de Sales 
Cathedral in Houma. Mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with 
burial at the church cemetery No. 2 in Houma.

He is survived by his wife, Miriam Guidry Theriot; two grandchildren, Dwayne 
Adams and wife, Monica and Angelle Percle and husband, Mylo; five great-
grandchildren, Haley Adams, Anna Percle, Megan Dufrene, Dirk Davis, and Brandon 
Dufrene; one great-great-grandchild, Trinity Davis; and two sisters, Jenny 
Marcel and Dorothy Aucoin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie J. and Evelena Lirette Theriot; 
one daughter, Diane Theriot Adams; and three brothers, Norris, Herbert and Royce 
Theriot.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
