Modesty-Lynne Runge White, 48, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, 
died at 5:57 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2010.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.

She is survived by her husband, Calvin White; her mother, Verna Malbrough Runge; 
five children, Derrick-Ross Runge, Sauncerie Christine White Hebert and husband, 
Mike, Savanna Alexandria White, Megan Elizabeth White and Jeanna Marie White; 
five grandchildren, Tyler Adam White, Christian Ross White, Modesty Leanne 
Wilson, Hunter Michael Hebert and Drake Alexander LeBeouf; two brothers, Dwin 
Allen Runge and Christopher Dale Runge; and one sister, Brandy Dombrowski.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Dwane Runge; and one brother, 
Dural Lin Runge.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
