Cheryl Duplantis Abadie, 49, a native of Houma and resident of Gretna, died 
Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010.

She was the beloved wife of Robert E. Abadie Jr.; daughter of Ruben and Della 
Duplantis; and sister of Daniel Duplantis and Naomi Young.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend visitation from 9 a.m. 
to funeral time Monday at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway in 
Harvey. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of the 
funeral home, with a private interment. 

Mothe Funeral Home of Harvey is in charge of arrangements.
