Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2010/f1008.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Mary Lee Baker DeBlieux, 75, a native of Bolivar, Tenn. and a resident of Houma, passed away peacefully at her home at 12:55 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Chauvin Funeral Home, 5899 La. 311 in Houma and from 10 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1900 E. Main St. in Houma. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at church, with interment in the church cemetery. She is survived by her three children, Jeff DeBlieux IV and John DeBlieux, both of Houma, and Melissa DeBlieux Ward of Spring, Texas; three siblings, Charles Joe Joe Baker, Wilbur Baker and Cora Jane Baker Moore; eight grandchildren, Jeff, Corbin, Matthew, Alexande, Kylee, Jacob, Julianne and Colby; one son-in- law, Scott Ward; and two daughters-in-law, Karen and Monique DeBlieux. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jefferson "Jeff" DeBlieux III; her parents, Joe M. and Daisy Baker of Bolivar, Tenn.; two sisters, Elizabeth Sipes and Annie Grace Jernigan; and two brothers, Joseph Daniel Baker and James Allen Baker. She was a realtor with Four Star Real Estate and a volunteer with the Terrebonne Council on Aging. She was a wonderful "Maw Maw" and she loved her grandchildren, flowers and garden.
