Margie Ann DesOrmeaux, 43, a native of Galliano and a resident of Houma, died 
Monday, Aug. 2, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at New Life Fellowship 
Church in Bayou Blue. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

She is survived by four daughters, Meghan Greer and husband, Nathan, Lauren 
Montenegro and husband, David, Kayla Hollier and Bethany Plaisance; four 
grandchildren, Hannah and Madilyn Greer, Landon Landry and Liliana Montenegro; 
her parents, Armand and Enola Plaisance; one brother, Armand Plaisance Jr.; four 
sisters, Mavis Bourgeois, Melanie Bourgeois and husband, Tommy, Melissa Callais 
and husband, Timmy, and Michelle Plaisance; her grandfather, Gus Creppel; and 
numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one son, Dennis Granger; her grandparents, Alida 
Creppel, and Clovis and Lezima Plaisance; and her brother-in-law, Ernest 
Bourgeois.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, 
donations for funeral expenses are preferred.
