Ariel Joseph Dupre, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Golden 
Meadow, died at 7:26 a.m. Monday, Aug. 2, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at South Lafourche 
Baptist Church in Galliano. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the 
church, with burial in the Hebert Cemetery.

He is survived by one son, Rickey Dupre and wife, Bernadine; one stepson, 
Wilfred St. Pierre and wife, Jacqueline; one daughter, Rita D. Miller; one 
brother, Delvin Dupre; two sisters, Virginia Foret and Merle Plaisance; five 
grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lenore Dupre; his parents, Elizie and 
Mattie Dupre; two brothers, Irvy Dupre and Arnold Dupre; and one sister, Lora 
Callais.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
