Noel Curby Foret Jr., 50, a native of Houma and resident of Bayou Blue, died 
Friday, Aug. 27, 2010.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Samart Funeral Home of 
Houma. Religious services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Kelly Breaux Foret; his mother- 
and father-in-law, Wilton and Edna Breaux; his mother, Walterine Foret; his 
brother, Terry Foret and wife, Nancy; six sisters, Sonia Palma and husband, 
Josˇ, Sophie Plate and husband, R.J., Ernestine Bergeron and husband, Ulysses, 
Carolyn Bourg and husband, Alvin, Hope Barbo and husband, Charlie, and Nora 
Chapman and husband, Mel; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Noel Foret Sr.

Noel fought a nine-month battle with leukemia. His wife would like to thank the 
nursing staff of 3 North Critical Care Unit and Terrebonne General. Special 
thanks to Dr. Robert Gamble and all who donated blood in Noel's name.

He loved watching Nascar, riding in his Camaro and being with his wife. He also 
loved to work and stay busy.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to help with medical expenses.

Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
