Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by four sons, Bruce Gregoire and wife, Cynthia, Bernard Gregoire and wife, Misty, Reynard Gregoire and wife, Karen, and Rene Gregoire; one daughter, Beverly "Ruth" Gregoire Duplantis and husband, Ira; 14 grandchildren, Chantelle Solet, Jeremy Verrett, Brittany Fitch, Bruce A. Gregoire, Jr., Myra Duplantis, Tyra Pellegrin, Bethany Gregoire, Raquel Duplantis, Rene Gregoire, Jr., Betty Gregoire, Emiliy Gregoire, Bernard Gregoire, Jr., Brent Gregoire and Chelsea Gregoire; nine step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, Harley, Aliya, Addison, Isabel, Ian, Madison, Baileigh and Cambria; nine step-great- grandchildren; and one sister, Madeline Parfait. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann Billiot Gregoire; his parents, Joseph Gregoire and Hilda Picou Gregoire; two brothers, Junius Gregoire and Walter Gregoire; and two sisters, Margie Verdin and Eunice Gregoire. He was a retired fisherman and a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to cook.
