Rhea Lirette, 76, a native of Houma, died Friday, Aug. 27, 2010.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday 
at Chauvin Funeral Home. Service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 
with burial in Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.

She is survived by three sons, Wayne Lirette, Mark Lirette and Randy Lirette; 
one daughter, Sandra Leboeuf; one brother, Sunny Desroches; three sisters, 
Myrtle Fanguy, Audrey Chaisson and Marlene Cenac; nine grandchildren; 16 great-
grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elie Desroches and Nora Fournier 
Desroches; one son, Barry Lirette; and two sisters, Thelma Hebert and Melva 
Fanguy.

She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
