Naquin, 80, a native of Montegut and resident of Bourg, died Friday, Aug. 13, 2010. Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bourg, with burial in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Cemetery in Pointe-aux-Chenes. She is survived by one daughter, Lillian Pitre and husband, Gerard, of Houma; two sons, Perry Naquin and companion, Mary, of Montegut; five sons, Danny Naquin Sr. and wife, Belita and Bobby Naquin Sr. and wife, Sheila, all of Pointe-aux- Chenes, Preston Naquin of Houston, Samuel Naquin Sr. and companion, Sheila, of Gray; one sister, Wilma Hutchinson, of Pointe-aux-Chenes; sixteen grandchildren, Chad Naquin, Chantel Danos, Donny and Lance Pitre, Kasie Lirette, Toby, Danny Jr., Angelle, Michelle, Bobby Jr., Kimberly and Elizabeth Naquin, Jamie Pitre, Samuel Jr. and Brian Naquin and Ashley Duthu and 24 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice J. Naquin; her parents, James and Mary Deroche Neal; five brothers, Sidney, James, Herbert, Henry and Paul Neal; six sisters, Alice, Laise and Thelma Naquin, Theresa Dufrene, Lucina Matherne and Alexina Neal and one grandchild, Kelly Naquin. She was a homemaker and parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church. She was a member of the VFW Post 3700 and East Park Ladies Auxiliary.
